These photographs, again from the personal collection of Amita Bahri are unique in many ways and remind us of a different era. One could not remember some names in the photographs although faces are all too familiar. The blanks need to be filled up. And if, the names are accompanied by contact and other details, it will help in widening the network.
Great Effort! Good memories and will try to find my batch pictures as well.

ReplyDeleteGreat effort mate! I was instantly transported to 1983 as these folks ate all my batch mates.I will try and hunt for more pics. By the way the girl next to Amita is Surinder Kaur and the one on the left of Sangeeta is Leena. Also the guy on the left of Jatinder Vij is Pradeep Gandhi.

The boy next to Robin Roy is Rajeev (forgot the last name) nick name (Bantu). You have only 1 name missing in the boys. (8 pics and 7 names). This would complete the boys list.

ReplyDeleteOld friends, Picture backgrounds, Principal Sir and our Teachers, have triggered the very AROMA of our school, its corridors, the little canteen, earthen water pots, the plastic glasses - and I can feel it buried deep into my mind body and soul. Good effort done by all fellow friends and probably I am only too ashamed that I have been too late to discover this Golden Treasure GMHS sector 35.
